Per aquest motiu, <strong>la CGT va presentar un conflicte col\u00b7lectiu al TSJC contra les universitats catalanes i el Govern de la Generalitat per incompliment de l\u2019EPIF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les universitats i el Govern s\u00f3n perfectament conscients de l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de la pr\u00f2rroga del quart any dels contractes. Aix\u00ed mateix, s\u00f3n plenament coneixedors que el seu incompliment deixa treballant sense contractes a centenars d\u2019investigadors a Catalunya, investigadors que es troben en la fase m\u00e9s rellevant de la seva carrera i, generalment, duent a terme recerca d\u2019alt impacte cient\u00edfic i social. Considerem que els endarreriments en aplicar la normativa responen a una voluntat immoral i irresponsable d\u2019escatimar recursos econ\u00f2mics a cost de malmetre la qualitat de vida, ja de per si prec\u00e0ria, dels joves investigadors i investigadores.<\/p>\n<p>Davant l&#8217;inoper\u00e0ncia, l&#8217;obstruccionisme i el xantatge de administricions i intermediaris, les investigadores predoctorals de Catalunya ens plantem.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-1qd0xha r-ad9z0x r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\"><strong>A la UOC ens trobem la mateixa situaci\u00f3<\/strong>.
