La revisi\u00f3 salarial d\u2019acord amb l&#8217;IPC \u00e9s una exig\u00e8ncia ineludible per equilibrar la p\u00e8rdua constant del nostre poder adquisitiu. Fins ara, l&#8217;argumentaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;empresa per a negar-se a tractar el tema IPC, ha estat sempre la mateixa: l&#8217;IPC no est\u00e0 contemplat a les pol\u00edtiques salarials, aix\u00ed com l&#8217;antiguitat i altres variables (s\u00ed contemplades a les altres universitats catalanes), des del 2012. L&#8217;\u00faltima vegada que es va aplicar la regularitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;IPC va ser el 2010. L&#8217;IPC actualment \u00e9s tema candent, no hi ha m\u00e9s opcions a deixar-lo passar, ni tampoc no \u00e9s novetat, en diferents ocasions des de la CGT vam treure el tema, i l\u2019empresa sempre va argumentar \u00abacord amb el Comit\u00e8 d&#8217;empresa\u00bb (fa 10 anys!!) i \u201climitaci\u00f3 pressupost\u00e0ria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ara diem que ja n&#8217;hi ha prou! Reclamem l&#8217;IPC en les pol\u00edtiques salarials de la nostra universitat, perqu\u00e8 els nostres pressupostos familiars s&#8217;han vist redu\u00efts a m\u00ednims. La pol\u00edtica salarial d&#8217;increment del\u20191,5% anual de la borsa salarial, l&#8217;empresa la fa servir per a promocions, noves contractacions, reajustaments puntuals, a manera de premis individuals, i aix\u00f2 no arriba a complementar ni de lluny la p\u00e8rdua constant any rere any del nostre poder adquisitiu. Volem una pol\u00edtica salarial d&#8217;acord amb el cost de la vida, i no de m\u00e8rits!<\/p>\n<p>Reclamem un \u00edndex de regulaci\u00f3 que ens permeti una revisi\u00f3 salarial anual que s\u2019ajusti a l\u2019encariment del cost de la vida, per compensar la p\u00e8rdua constant del poder adquisitiu que tenim com treballadors i treballadores de la UOC. I aix\u00f2 no pot esperar m\u00e9s ni volem promeses de futur, volem l&#8217;IPC per aquest any 2022!!!<\/p>\n<p>La secci\u00f3 sindical CGT UOC estem escalfant motors per impulsar la reclamaci\u00f3 d\u2019una pol\u00edtica salarial m\u00e9s justa i equitativa per a tots i totes! Tamb\u00e9 a la UOC tindrem una tardor calenta!
