Reclama-ho!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Si vas treballar a la UOC el 2023 i vas canviar feina, has terminat contracte o t\u2019han acomiadat, tens dret a la part proporcional dels mesos treballats l\u2019any 2023, de la compensaci\u00f3 per la pujada de l\u2019IPC que la UOC va pagar al gener 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A finals del mes de gener del 2024, les treballadores i treballadors de la UOC vam cobrar la compensaci\u00f3 per p\u00e8rdua salarial derivada de l\u2019augment de l\u2019IPC, corresponent a l\u2019any 2023. Si al teu cas vas treballar una part parcial d\u2019aquell any, tens dret a percebre la part proporcional dels mesos treballats a la UOC.
