No podem acceptar que un pressupost r\u00e8cord es construeixi a costa del nostre salari.<\/p>\n\n<p>En el bienni 2023-2024 la UOC havia revaloritzat els nostres salaris d&#8217;acord amb l&#8217;IPC, que en la suma d&#8217;aquells dos anys havia estat del 9,5%, i va efectuar aquest pagament, igualant-nos a les universitats p\u00fabliques catalanes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Igual que en el cas anterior, en qu\u00e8 se&#8217;ns va equiparar la p\u00e8rdua salarial dels \u00faltims anys tal com havien fet les universitats p\u00fabliques, nosaltres demanem el mateix, perqu\u00e8 els treballadors i treballadores de la UOC no som menys, hem tingut la mateixa p\u00e8rdua de poder adquisitiu, i exigim el 2,5% de recuperaci\u00f3 segons l&#8217;IPC oficial.<\/p>\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de mesos d&#8217;espera del pagament IPC 2025, la UOC va comunicar a tota la plantilla que pagaria nom\u00e9s la meitat, aquest 1,25%, i ara posant com a condici\u00f3 la signatura aprovat\u00f2ria del Comit\u00e8 d\u2019empresa.
