Hores extraordin\u00e0ries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>30.1. La realitzaci\u00f3 de les hores extraordin\u00e0ries s\u2019ajustar\u00e0 als seg\u00fcents criteris per a la seva realitzaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p>a) Com a regla general es mant\u00e9 el criteri de supressi\u00f3 de les hores extraordin\u00e0ries habituals.<\/p>\n<p>b) No obstant aix\u00f2 es mantindr\u00e0 la possibilitat d\u2019efectuar el manteniment de les hores extraordin\u00e0ries necess\u00e0ries per causes especials com ara la finalitzaci\u00f3 de terminis de gesti\u00f3, abs\u00e8ncies imprevistes, canvis de torn o altres circumst\u00e0ncies de car\u00e0cter estructural derivades de la naturalesa de l\u2019activitat que es tracti.<\/p>\n<p>30.2. La compensaci\u00f3 de les hores extraordin\u00e0ries, com a criteri general i preferent, ser\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019atorgament de temps lliure retribu\u00eft igual al realitzat i en un termini de tres mesos des de la seva realitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Subsidi\u00e0riament es podran compensar les hores extraordin\u00e0ries amb una retribuci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica equivalent al valor de l\u2019hora ordin\u00e0ria incrementada en un 50 %.<\/p>\n<p>30.3. El c\u00e0lcul de l\u2019import s\u2019ajustar\u00e0 a la seg\u00fcent f\u00f3rmula:<\/p>\n<p>Hora extra = (Salari Brut Anual \/ Jornada Anual) x 1.50<\/p>\n<p>\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2013<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, l\u2019<strong><em>Estatuto de los Trabajadores<\/em><\/strong> especifica:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cArt\u00edculo 35. Horas extraordinarias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4.
