Representatives of the company Valeo communicated yesterday 15 October to the Works Committee that "annul the transfer measure", which means going back on its intention to transfer the activity and the workers to the Zaragoza plant.
The decision has been announced in the Labor Court of Catalonia, place where by agreement, mediation should be done, prior to the filing of the claims to the social court.
The company has summoned the representation of the works council tomorrow at 11:00h, to explain the reason for the withdrawal of the transfer file and we also hope that they will specify their intentions for the Martorelles plant.
