WEDNESDAY 19 DE JUNIO A LAS 11.00h MANIFESTACIÓN DE LAS TRABAJADORAS/ES DE TROLL-LUXIONA EN LAS PUERTAS DE LA EMPRESA, davant la fàbrica ( Pg Ribera 109 de Canovelles )

Troll-Luxiona es una empresa situada en Canovelles y su actividad es la iluminación. A pesar de tener un historial de goteo de despidos individuales y expedientes de regulación de empleo, nunca, en los 83 años que tiene, ha habido una huelga. Gracias al trabajo de desmovilización que han venido haciendo los tres sindicatos con representación en el Comité: this next saturday, UGT y USOC.

Today, la empresa pretende despedir a 80 people (46% de plantilla), negándoles una miserable indemnización, y reducir el 15% from salary to remaining workforce. Sorpredentemente, esta empresa ha recibido financiación en varias ocasiones sin aportar nunca un plan de viabilidad que asegurase futuro. Es más, el último ERE que presentó, no hace un año, lo vendió a la plantilla como “un mal menor” para asegurar la actividad en los próximos cinco años.

Comunicado de prensa de la sección sindical de CGT en Derbi ante el cierre de Derbi

A toda la opinión pública:
El grupo Piaggio ha decidido cerrar y no fabricar motos en Barcelona. Desde el año pasado que comunicó su cese de actividad en Martorelles se ha estado barajando la posibilidad de seguir con la actividad haciendo componentes para el grupo. Todo mentira, ha sido una trampa para ganar tiempo y planear mejor el cierre.
Desde la Sección sindical de CGT DERBI invitamos a toda la ciudadania del Vallès Oriental y Catalunya a pasar por la fábrica de Martorelles y acompañar y solidarizarse con l@s trabajador@s en la jornada de huelga que haremos el próximo día 29 February. Hay que mostrar nuestro rechazo ante esta muestra de prepotencia empresarial y de engaño hacia el futuro de nuestras familias.
¡¡Basta ya de mentiras!!

23/12/11 EL PUNT AVUI – Barcelona – Xavier Alegret

La multinacional italiana Piaggio, propietària de la marca catalana Derbi, es va comprometre ahir dia 22 amb el govern a donar continuïtat a la fàbrica de Derbi de Martorelles dins de l’activitat del grup, segons van explicar fonts de la conselleria d’Empresa i Ocupació. Aquest compromís, que s’ha d’acabar de concretar, es produeix nou mesos després que Piaggio anunciés la seva intenció de tancar la planta de Martorelles, i un mes i mig després que el comitè d’empresa denunciés que ho faria efectiu el juny del 2012, data en què s’acabava el calendari laboral.
El director general d’Indústria, Joan Sureda, va tancar ahir aquest compromís en una reunió a Barcelona amb una representació de Piaggio, a la qual no va assistir Roberto Colaninno, conseller delegat del grup, i amb qui Sureda, en diverses reunions els últims mesos, ha anat treballant l’acord.
La incògnita ara és el paper que tindrà la fàbrica catalana dins el grup, que s’ha de concretar tant amb el govern com amb el comitè d’empresa, que ahir al vespre no tenia coneixement d’aquesta notícia. Podria continuar fabricant motos però el més probable és que faci components. Tampoc van concretar si continuaria tota la plantilla, d’uns 200 workers, o s’haurien de fer ajustaments.
La situació del sector del motor és molt negativa. Ahir mateix, els sindicats van denunciar que el fabricant de components Catensa, té la intenció de tancar la fàbrica de Santa Perpètua de Mogoda i ha presentat un ERO per als seus 88 empleats.

Solidarity with the companion Charo!

Enough of abuses l@s worker @ s!
