102 INDEFINITE STRIKE DAYS, THE LONGEST HISTORY OF DEMOCRACY IN CATALONIA

Since the CGT union section in Santa Perpetua Panrico the Moguda we appeal to extend solidarity and support to the indefinite strike. Los sindicatos (CGT, this next saturday, UGT) con presencia en las diferentes fábricas de PANRICO S.A. convocaron huelga indefinida de ámbito estatal que se inició el 13 October. Las fábricas se encuentran en Santa Perpetua de la Moguda, Valladolid, Madrid, Puente Genil y Zaragoza

La empresa pretende despedir a una importante parte de la plantilla, realizar una rebaja salarial a quien continúe trabajando, y no ha pagado la nómina de septiembre. Los despidos en todo el Estado serían un total de 1.914 puestos: 75 middle managers, 756 puestos de producción, 600 autonomous and 483 support. The company offers compensation of 20 days per year worked with a ceiling of 12 monthly payments, and to pay in 24 months.

En cuanto a la pretensión de rebaja salarial, sería de entre el 35% al 45% de media en el personal asalariado y de un 20% a los autónomos.

Segueix la vaga indefinida a Panrico a Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, després de 3 setmanes
Gaspar Fernando, delegat de CGT afirma que la vaga ’va per llarg’

Després de dues setmanes i mitja de vaga, el comitè d’empresa de la planta situada a Santa Perpètua considera insuficients les propostes de la direcció i manté la vaga indefinida.

La vaga va ser convocada el passat 13 d’octubre a nivell estatal pels sindicats CCOO, UGT i CGT. Els motius de la vaga eren l’impagament del mes de setembre i aturar els plans de l’empresa d’acomiadar a gran part de la plantilla i executar rebaixes salarials d’entre el 25 and the 35%. Finalment en la majoria de centres es va supeditar la vaga als resultats de la negociació, però la planta de Santa Perpètua es va negar a acceptar el calendari de negociacions que va proposar l’empresa i ha mantingut la vaga indefinida.

Gaspar Fernando, delegat de CGT afirma que la vaga ’va per llarg’. Segons el sindicalista, l’empresa ha reduït el nombre d’acomiadaments previstos però considera aquesta mesura insuficient. L’última assemblea de treballadors celebrada dissabte passat va rebutjar el pla de viabilitat que oferia Panrico. ’Ja vam patir una reducció salarial del 25% fa dos anys, no en podríem suportar una altra, seguim mantenint les nostres reivindicacions: Cap reducció salarial i si hi ha baixes, únicament que siguin voluntàries amb 30 dies per any treballat o prejubilacions’.

Després de no arribar a cap acord, el comitè manté la vaga amb el suport de la plantilla i estudia noves accions, de moment ja han celebrat dues manifestacions i van rebre una càrrega policial en les concentracions periòdiques que realitzen a la porta del centre de treball. Aquestes protestes han rebut el suport d’altres seccions de CGT com Correus o Cacaolat, algunes seccions de CCOO i la CUP. Afirmen estar buscant més suports tant institucionals com en altres empreses. ’De moment anem a buscar els transportistes autònoms i les empreses d’alimentació del Vallès, els hi expliquem que si nosaltres caiem ells vindran darrera’.
