Faced with the need to have some bases that serve as practical guidance for the CGT's union action and intervention in companies, From the Training Secretariat together with other secretariats of our union we carry out this basic training session on Trade Union Action for the CGT del Vallès Oriental.
The content is focused on Trade Union Action, but also with basic notions about organization, necessary to develop union work.
We hope that this training will be useful to those who do trade union work to guide their actions and to refresh the criteria that identify us and that make anarcho-syndicalism what it should be.: a coherent trade union project, transformer, mobilizer and ethical, developed by and for the working class and society.
