From the works council we want to inform the entire staff of Instituto Grifols that the 27 July 2023 The Human Resources department has been calling colleagues from this department throughout the morning in order to present the objective dismissal. At the moment we are aware of 3 layoffs. The company alleges organizational reasons. We all know that the company is hiring personnel in different areas of the company and has not had the decency to relocate them..

The IG works council is totally against any dismissal. Thus:

CONCEZI ÎN DEPARTAMENTUL C&D

Din cadrul comitetului de întreprindere dorim să informăm întregul personal al Instituto Grifols că 27 iulie 2023 Departamentul de Resurse Umane i-a sunat pe tot parcursul dimineții colegilor din acest departament pentru a le prezenta concedierea obiectivă.. Momentan suntem conștienți de 3 concedieri. Compania invocă motive organizatorice. Știm cu toții că compania angajează personal în diferite zone ale companiei și nu a avut decența să-i mute..

¡¡¡CĂ NU ÎI PĂLAȘI!!!

Comitetul de întreprindere IG este total împotriva oricărei demiteri. Prin urmare:
