ON THE STABILIZATION OF INTERIM STAFF
CONTRACTED IN LAW BY THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION:

However, there is also a significant aggravating gap in long internships that are now published as places in which the people who have occupied them structurally, and have proved their worth there, they will no longer be able to compete for the required degree.
The Administration has been responsible for this irregularity and contractual negligence that will directly affect the job stability of nearly one million people and indirectly their families and children.. Maybe four million people.
With 50 years, family burdens and mental maturity have neither the time nor the mental freshness to ‘hatch’ oppositions that 23 years. Especially when by law these places should have been offered to these same people 27 years ago.
It is not a question of regularizing places but of people who are victims of the incompetence of the state, Provincial Councils, Town Councils and Autonomous Communities.
It is not a question of vetoing access to the Civil Service for any young person, but to guarantee the stability of temporary people who have been occupying structural positions for years in fraud by law by the Administration responsible. The idea is that people who are there will not be thrown into the street and will stay there. They have amply demonstrated their value. The Basic Statute of the Civil Service allows this regularization, which should not be as a Place Ownership Officer, but as an indefinite permanent staff to be extinguished once retired. And henceforth the Public Administration in compliance with its own laws, of couse, which is why we have it.
Surely the quality of the experience demonstrated should also be weighed against the actual quality of the model of the evidence and the opposing courts.. And the objectivity and transparency of the convened public bodies. WE ALREADY KNOW EACH OTHER.
