The colleagues of CGT de Grifols regret that the normalization of the relationship between the colleagues of the Barro language, unreflective and respectful has ended in such an unfortunate situation as irresolvable animosity between us and even dismissals.
Too often the consequences of events have well-known causes: We are all responsible for our attitude of respect, o no, towards the people we work with. The company is also responsible for its deficit, in this case by default, for allowing these behaviors, attitudes and vocabularies - often bordering on rudeness- on a regular basis.
Because we understand that beyond the facts, mutually reprehensible, there are some previous structural causes, we urge each of us and the management of the company to focus on the deep causes of the same so that they do not reproduce again, tarnishing the international prestige of the company that we all build.
With the aim of never repeating these situations again, we propose to all our colleagues and to the company the realization of specific training workshops on the respect, coexistence and values.
