Hoy les ha tocado llorar a los directivos. Ellos que son el brazo ejecutor de la empresa, que en la mayoría de casos tratan de ocultar su ineptitud sometiendo a l@s trabajador@s a peores condiciones de trabajo. Trabajador@s a l@s que consideran seres inferiores, a los que se permiten el lujo de menospreciar en pro de ascender un poquito más en esa pirámide de cargos “importantes” en la empresa.
Cegados por la prepotencia se creen invulnerables, se creen que pueden destruir la dignidad y la vida de un@ trabajador@ . No saben de luchas contra las injusticias, sólo conocen la lucha del “trepa”. Cómo no conocen la dignidad, no saben el valor que tiene para quién sí la conoce. Tampoco conocen su fuerza arrolladora.
Esos directivos han llorado hoy, de rabia. Se han encerrado en uno de los despachos y han bajado las persianas para que nadie pudiese ver sus caras de derrota cuando han recibido la sentencia que declara nulo el despido que aplicaron, caprichosamente, a una trabajadora, una ”mala trabajadora” dicen. Ellos que todo lo pueden, cómo es posible que no se hayan salido con la suya…
Esos directivos no saben que nadie es más que nadie. No saben que todas las figuras del ajedrez son importantes y no puedes menospreciar al peón porque te puede hacer jaque mate.
