UTE AP7 denounces to the Company Committee

From the CGT-Ute Ap7 Vallés Trade Union Section, you inform you that the legal representation of the workers (RT) We have received a lawsuit from the company for collective conflict whose trial is scheduled to he 20/02/2025, at 12h. In Social Court No. 2 Granollers.

In said demand, The company asks the judge:

  1. That determines whether the collective agreement applicable to the subrogated workers of Abertis is the VII General Collective Agreement of the Construction Sector, With the particularities of the Construction and Public Works Sector Agreement of Barcelona (2017-2021).
  2. That the date of application of the agreement is that of the state: 1 of January of 2022.
  3. That regulates working conditions, including economic aspects, workday, etc.

The RLT considers that:

– The applicable agreement must be the Construction Agreement of the Province of Barcelona, since it has preference on the state, how applies to the rest of the non -subrogated template.

– It is not viable to apply two agreements at the same time.

– The most beneficial conditions acquired by workers must be respected, According to the article 44 of the Statute of Workers and the article 11 of the VI Construction Agreement of Barcelona.

The companions of the CGT Trade Union Section at Sodexo Iberia SA (subrogated a few days ago from Acciona Facility Services SA), workers in the automatic warehouse of the Coca-Cola plant in Montornès del Vallès / Martorelles, start today wednesday 19 July an indefinite strike, for the situation that they have been denouncing for a long time, also to the labor inspection, situation that we will detail:

  • End the precariousness in the working conditions of Silos personnel.
  • End temporary hiring in fraud law (work contracts) silos staff.
  • Eliminate the continuous rotation of outsourced external companies and subrogations of personnel for said service.
  • Salary comparison of the silos staff with the staff of Cobega Embotelladora, with whom work and day to day are shared.
  • Systematic non-compliance in occupational risk prevention, In training, safety and hygiene, and in the general working conditions of the Silos of the Cobega Factory (Coca-Cola).

Today, the company and its successive subrogations have ignored the demands of the workers.
