The workers of Imesapi, they demonstrated again yesterday in the center of the town of Granollers, to demand the withdrawal of the ERE that the company has presented and that supposes the dismissal of the 20% of the workers.

The IMESAPI workers have demonstrated today in Granollers.
The compañer@s of the company IMESAPI (concessionaire of the lighting service of Granollers and Les Franqueses) have called an indefinite strike. The reason is the presentation of an ERE that the company has presented and that supposes the dismissal of the 20% Of the template.

Els nostres companys/es de la secció sindical de l´empresa IMESAPI ( concessionària del servei d´enllumenat de Granollers i Les Franqueses ) han convocat vaga infinida juntament anb la CNT, a partir del proper 4 of December. El motiu és la presentació d´un ERTE per part de l´empresa que afectaria a 4 treballadors/es del centre de la ciutat granollerina. In this way, ens demanen el nostre suport per les convocatòries que han convocat per la setmana vinent i que us adjuntem amb aquest correu. Supone una nueva agresión social que pretende dejar sin otro servicio público a la mayoría de la población
El pasado día 20 de noviembre el Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado una nueva Ley de Tasas Judiciales que supone una nueva agresión al conjunto de la ciudadanía y en especial a las clases más desfavorecidas.
Nos encontramos con que las y los ciudadanos que pretendan acudir a la justicia van a tener que adelantar unas cantidades desorbitadas para conseguir llegar a juicio, lo que conllevará que una gran parte de la población deje de acudir a reclamar sus derechos.
La nueva ley traerá unas nefastas consecuencias para el 99% de la población, al que se les veta el derecho a la Justicia a la par que se vulnera el derecho fundamental a la tutela judicial efectiva, recogido en el Art. 24.1 de la Constitución, conculcando con ello uno de los derechos básicos de las y los ciudadanos.
Los casos más sangrantes se darán en aquellos colectivos más vulnerables como en los asuntos relacionados con la violencia machista, embargos de viviendas, recursos administrativos civiles, multas administrativas, recursos penales y reclamaciones de las y los trabajadores contra decisiones empresariales.(Leer el resto de la noticia en cgt.org.es)

La empresa IMESAPI, S.A. concessionària del servei de manteniment de l’Enllumenat Públic i Dependències Municipals a Granollers, així com el manteniment del servei d’Enllumenat Públic a Les Franqueses del Vallès, va presentar el darrer dilluns 19 de novembre un Expedient de Regulació Temporal de Treball (ERTE) a nivell estatal que, al centre que té a la ciutat granollerina afectaria a 4 llocs de treball. La mesura, en concret, suposa la suspensió d’aquests quatre contractes durant 6 mesos, “una salvatjada” segons els sindicats doncs al·leguen que a Granollers “tothom té feina”.
Els sindicats CGT i CNT, únics a la plantilla, ja van sol·licitar fa dos mesos a l’empresa informació econòmica per a poder estudiar i proposar mesures d’anticipació a la crisis. Petició d’informació que mai va ser contestada per l’empresa i que, d’haver-se proporcionat, hagués facilitat als sindicats analitzar la situació i poder proposar mesures alternatives a les que ara pretén implantar IMESAPI. ELS TREBALLADORS DE IMESAPI A GRANOLLERS HAN DECIDIT A LES ASSEMBLEES DELS SEUS SINDICATS CNT I CGT ANAR A LA VAGA INDEFINIDA EL 4 DE DESEMBRE A PARTIR DE LES 17:00 HORES, DE NO ARRIBAR A UNA SOLUCI QUE GARANTEIXI EL FUTUR DELS SEUS LLOCS DE TREBALL.

Durante este mes han sido asesinadas otras 5 mujeres y otra más investigándose. Con ellas, hacen un total de 64 víctimas, 56 mujeres y 8 menores.
Os recordamos que la idea inicial de esta campaña es el REENVÍO MASIVO DEL COMUNICADO QUE SE ADJUNTA, DESDE LAS DISTINTAS SECCIONES Y SINDICATOS A LOS DISTINTOS MINISTERIOS, como protesta por estos asesinatos y la invisibilización que sufre esta violencia estructural.
Desde CGT consideramos muy preocupante el tratamiento que los medios dan a esta información. Por ejemplo y como caso muy sangrante, se habla en relación con el asesinato de la niña de Albacete, otra vez, de amor, de posesión y de celos. Y esto, relacionado con una víctima que tenía 13 years. Que si la niña no era normal. El hombre sí. Cazador y con antecedentes de agresiones. Comentarios que son leídos por un amplio espectro de población, incluida la adolescente y que parecen legitimar el asesinato. Se sigue normalizando la violencia hacia las mujeres con comentarios que criminalizan la actitud de la mujer pero asumen como buena la del hombre.

Press Release: Mollet historical manifestation and assessment of the strike
From this union we want to emphasize that the streets Mollet lived today a new historic day because of the demonstration called by the union because of the general strike in favor of job sharing and wealth. more 5000 people participated in the demonstration that has passed through the main streets of the city.
