New concentration at ICAM East 19 from January

On Tuesday 19 January at 11 horas diversas secciones sindicales de CGT han convocado una nueva jornada de protesta a las puertas del ICAM, Avenida Vallcarca 169 from Barcelona, contra las altas médicas injustas y el trato denigrante en el ICAM.

La iniciativa ha surgido de la sección sindical de autobuses de Barcelona de CGT, empresa donde se ha detectado un aumento considerable de altas médicas de conductores de bus, que al volver a su puesto de trabajo la empresa les comunica que no son aptos para conducir autobuses, presionándolos para aceptar el despido con la mínima indemnización. Esta situación ha creado un grave conflicto dentro de TMB, dando lugar incluso a una amenaza de huelga por parte de los sindicatos CGT, CUERPO y Canje Sindical, en el marco de la negociación del nuevo Convenio Colectivo.

A la convocatoria del día 19, bajo el lema “#pressingICAM”, se han añadido otras secciones sindicales de CGT, entre ellas la de la Diputación de Barcelona, la de la Universidad Autónoma de Bellaterra, Justicia, HP, etc.

El mes de enero finalizará el día 29 con una nueva reunión periódica entre CGT y los directivos del ICAM, resultado de las jornadas de lucha de diciembre, y en este caso la orden del día incluirá la problemática de los trabajadores afectados por el amianto.

Acquittal for the companions of the Expert Case!

Esta mañana en Tarragona tuvimos una gran alegría, tanto los compañeros imputados por unos supuestos delitos que existieron sólo para la guardia civil, en una asamblea de trabajadores y trabajadoras hace 11 years, como las 150 compañeras y compañeros que nos concentramos en las puertas del juzgado. Se les pedían más de tres años de prisión para cada uno, pero hoy los supuestos delitos fueron desestimados y quedaron absueltas 5 de los compañeros, mientras que al sexto de ellos, Pedro Duque, para quien se le sumaban más de 4 años y medio de prisión por “resistencia a la autoridad”, fue desestimada y se le condena por “resistencia con forsejeo”, por lo que tendrá que pagar 2€ al día durante dos meses, o sea, 120€.

Como sabéis se están desarrollando unas jornadas de lucha contra las altas medicas injustificadas en las mutuas y el ICAM.

 

Unas mutuas al servicio de los beneficios de la patronal a costa de la salud de lxs trabajadorxs.

El día martes 1 de diciembre se realizarán acciones descentralizadas en toda Catalunya, la CGT del Vallés Oriental repartiremos octavillas en el mercado de Mollet y visitaremos distintas mutuas, tanto de Mollet como de Granollers, para hacerles saber nuestra disconformidad con su forma de actuar, que en la mayoría de ocasiones pretenden encubrir un accidente laboral o una enfermedad profesional, con la baja de la Seguridad Social, enviando a lxs trabajadorxs al médico de cabecera.

Las acciones las realizaremos en sesiones de mañana y tarde, con lo que nos convocamos el:

Tuesday 1 December at 9:30h y a las 16:00h en el Sindicato
C / Francesc Macia 51 Mollet del Vallés.

Un Tribunal Médico (ICAM) con el único criterio de reducir el gasto a costa de dar altas injustificadas.

Un tribunal médico que cada vez da altas con mayor rapidez y declara menos Incapacidades por invalidez.

Resolution of the Vienna trial against the CGT and the Strike Committee

Juicio Viena, 23 nov 2015Hoy lunes 23 de noviembre se llevó a cabo el proceso judicial de los Estableciments Viena contra la CGT Vallès Oriental y contra los compañeros y compañeras del Comité de Huelga Viena que en junio de este 2015 llevaron adelante la Huelga de cinco días, para la readmisión de los compañeros previamente despedidos en una clara política empresarial de represión sindical contra nuestra organización, argumentando “bajo rendimiento” cuando en realidad lo que les molesta es que haya trabajadores y trabajadoras que se organizan en un sindicato combativo para reclamar condiciones laborales dignas.

Como conclusión del proceso judicial la empresa Viena retiró toda pretendida demanda por “huelga ilegal” contra la CGT y contra el Comité de Huelga, con la explicación de que hubo “defectos formales” en la efectivización de dicha huelga.

Entonces nuestra conclusión, corroborada en el documento emitido por el tribunal, es que la Huelga del Viena Montmeló además de haber sido un éxito por el seguimiento del 95% de la plantilla y la adhesión generalizada de la clientela concurrente al Gran Premio de MotoGP 2015, fue una huelga legal en toda su amplitud. Aceptamos los defectos formales por ser una condición que puso la empresa para retirar la demanda y para cerrar este capítulo, pero desde la CGT seguimos avalando su legitimidad y seguiremos reclamando por los derechos laborales de los trabajadores y trabajadoras. Porque hay algo que nos queda muy claro de todo esto: no nos detendrán en la lucha contra la prepotencia empresarial y por nuestros derechos, seguiremos plantando cara y exigiendo dignidad ante todo.

Donde sí están habiendo «defectos formales» e irregularidades es en el proceso de elecciones sindicales recientes, así como presiones y acoso tanto a huelguistas como a candidatas y candidatos de CGT. Presiones que se están sufriendo aún hoy día por parte de la empresa hacia nuestros compañeros y compañeras.

¡No nos callarán, seguiremos gritando donde siempre nos encontrarán: del lado de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, del lado de los sectores explotados, combatiendo el capitalismo!
