Press release from the Permanent Secretariat of the CGT of Catalonia

Faced with repressive episodes such as media searches, limitations on freedom of expression, of meeting, suspensions or limitations of rights and court appointments with threat of arrest, from the CGT of Catalonia we want to state that:

1.- Although the referendum call for the day 1 October is far from what we consider one complete process of self-determination, from our organization we consider intolerable the authoritarian response that is given by the central government and the state administrations.

2.- We are concerned and alarmed that the repressive escalation that we are experiencing these days and that is expected to be accentuated in the coming days will consolidate a cut in the spaces for collective participation.. And we also worry about that, apart from the 1-O referendum, this regression has continuity in other areas, such as the world of work and other social and civic struggles. Historically, when fascist attitudes enter through the door, they never come out if they are not expelled.

3.- From the CGT of Catalonia we express our commitment to the active defense of freedom and against any form of state repression. We call on our members and our union sections to put these principles into practice., on the street and where necessary, against repression and in defense of rights and freedoms that we will not allow to be taken.

Press release from the CGT Sabadell

This morning the premises of the Local Federation of Trade Unions of the CGT has woken up with fascist and racist graffiti signed by the fascist formation Democracia Nacional Joven.

These attacks have intensified across the country following past attacks 17 August in Barcelona. We want to make it clear that these aggressions come from the groups that are now under the umbrella of National Democracy, they do nothing more than instrumentalize the pain caused by terrorism to spread its message of racial and fascist hatred, as we have already seen in other parts of the country and in our own city, attacking on several occasions the premises of the Companions of the Worker.

These attacks are directed against us because they know that the CGT is an organization committed to the struggle of the working class., regardless of place of origin, culture or identity.

From CGT we extend our hand and open our doors to all those migrants, as we have always done, with the firm will to fight for the rights of the working class and to crush, without reefs, fascism, as we have always done.

See, we will have to be more careful than ever, to deal with fascism and racism who will take the opportunity to spread their message of irrational hatred. See, we need the unity of all anti-fascists to deal with it. Today it has touched us closely. This afternoon on Las Ramblas in Barcelona there was an attack on pedestrians that caused an indeterminate number of victims. As we follow with attention and concern the different information that is coming to us, from the General Confederation of Labor (CGT) of Catalonia we want to make clear the following:

  • We show our solidarity with the victims of this attack. A solidarity that we extend to all civilian victims of attacks, made by armed groups and armies, in different parts of the world today and other days of the year.
  • Let's make it clear, clearly, forceful and unequivocal, than xenophobia, racism and cross-cultural hatred are expressions of fascism. Workers around the world have other programs to fight to transform society, passing through freedom, internationalism, solidarity and mutual support.
  • We also want to show that the militarization of public space, like the one we have been suffering for months with police armed with machine guns in the middle of the streets of many towns and neighborhoods, it is not the real solution to avoid events like the ones that happened today in Barcelona. We will fight, so, to prevent this tragic situation from being used by different governments to toughen criminal law, under the pretext of the fight against terrorism, and increase the repression and militarization of our day to day lives.

Let's stop fascism, wherever you come from.

La DGAIA maltracta i l’entramat del Sr. Ricard Calvo

TRETS, APUNYALAMENTS, PORTES GIRATÒRIES, I NOVES ADJUDICACIONS PER VALOR DE 98 MILIONS d’€ QUE BENEFICIEN AL CONGLOMERAT EMPRESARIAL AMB VINCLES AMB EL SR RICARD CALVO (DIRECTOR GENERAL DE LA DGAIA). FINS QUAN CONSELLERA BASSA HEM D’AGUANTAR TANTA INCOMPETÈNCIA?

Darrerament hem pogut llegir a la premsa notícies que, malauradament, confirmen tot el que venim denunciant des del Sector Social de CGT al voltant de la preocupant situació en que es troben els centres de menors tutelats per la Generalitat: “Tiros al aire de la policia en un centro de menores tutelados por la Generalitat”, “Polvorín en los centros de menores”, “Un menor tutelat, apunyalat al mig del carrer a Barcelona”, “La directora del Petit Príncep es va posar un sou que dobla el del conveni”, “La DGAIA diu que no controlen els salaris, ni els diners (que en les darreres adjudicacions arriben fins a 5.457 € per mes i per nen) donats a les fundacions privades que gestionen centres de menors, tot i que són diner públic”. “Fundacions del tercer sector paguen lloguers desorbitats a empreses participades per elles mateixes”.

Recentment, al CRAE Can Rubió un menor embogit es va fer amb una destral intentant agredir a d’altres infants i educadores, i es va necessitar la intervenció de la policia local i dels antidisturbis dels Mossos que van haver de fer trets a l’aire per dissuadir el menor i prendre-li l’arma. Aquest adolescent es manté al mateix centre després del greu incident. Al CRAE Sant Andreu un menor va passar per les finestres que donen al carrer un matxet de grans dimensions després de proferir amenaces de mort cap algunes educadores. Una arma que va ser intervinguda per educadores gràcies a l’avís d’altres adolescents. L’endemà van haver d’intervenir els mossos perquè aquest menor volia introduir una navalla al Centre. Tot això mentre seguia amenaçant a educadores davant dels mossos. Un adolescent amb una greu malaltia mental que ha amenaçat reiteradament tant a infants com educadores del mateix CRAE, però que malgrat aquests greus incidents segueix al centre; posant-se en perill la seva integritat física, així com la d’altres infants de només 8 years, i la d’educadores/rs. Aquestes notícies són la part més visible d’un sistema de protecció a la infància que revictimitza als infants i, lluny de protegir-los, els sotmet a un maltractament institucional.

Desobeïm el procés polític del cas 27 and more

Comunicat de l’SP de la CGT de Catalunya

Recentment el jutjat de Cerdanyola del Vallès que instrueix el cas per la tancada d’estudiants al rectorat de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) de l’any 2013 (el cas conegut com a “27 and more”) ha dictat una interlocutòria on es disposa l’obertura del judici oral i es fixa una fiança absolutament desproporcionada, from 511.835,05 EUR per a assegurar les responsabilitats civils. 27 persones encausades arran d’aquella protesta universitària estan a l’espera de peticions penals d’entre 11 i 14 anys de presó, segons el cas, i prohibició d’accés a la UAB durant 5 years. Entre elles hi ha el nostre Secretari General, el company Ermengol Gassiot. La fiança abans esmentada, com tothom pot suposar, no serà abonada pels 27 afectats i afectades, la qual cosa probablement comportarà processos d’embargament de nòmines i béns.

Durant els propers dies o setmanes les 27 people seran emplaçades a personar-se en dependències judicials per a fer-los entrega d’una còpia dels escrits d’acusació, a fi que en el termini de 3 dies compareguin amb advocat i procurador, i siguin requerits per a dipositar la fiança.

Aquest Secretariat Permanent considera que tot aquest procés no és sinó un muntatge motivat en una revenja política per part de l’anterior rectorat ultraliberal de la UAB, orientat a escarmentar per la via penal el moviment estudiantil i el sindicalisme que li plantava cara en defensa de la universitat pública. L’actuació d’aquell rectorat, i el relat conspiranoïc construït pels advocats que va contractar a tal efecte, ha estat aprofitada per la Fiscalia, òrgan polític de l’Estat espanyol, per a iniciar un esperpèntic procediment judicial que suposa el pitjor cas de repressió política a una universitat des de l’època del franquisme.

Davant d’aquesta situació, el nostre company Ermengol Gassiot ha decidit que no participarà en la farsa i que no es personarà al jutjat per voluntat pròpia sota cap circumstància, tot afrontant les conseqüències que es derivin de la seva decisió.

Aquest Secretariat Permanent comparteix plenament l’anàlisi que sosté la decisió presa pel nostre company Ermengol, i hi donem suport. Entenem que davant d’un atac de caràcter polític (instrumentat en forma de procés judicial) contra les llibertats i els drets civils és legítim practicar la desobediència i la solidaritat per a impugnar públicament la totalitat d’aquest muntatge repressiu. Considerem que en el moment present ens estem jugant bona part del missatge que es transmetrà a les lluites socials que vindran en el futur sobre la resposta que cal donar davant la repressió político-judicial. Ens juguem molt, i les estratègies punitives mitjançant les quals es vol paralitzar i escarmentar qualsevol mena de resistència sindical, estudiantil o social han de ser aturades. En el cas concret de l’Ermengol, el present muntatge està orientat a reprimir l’exercici de l’acció sindical de la CGT a la UAB en defensa dels drets de les treballadores i de la universitat pública i, més enllà d’aquesta, el considerem un atac al conjunt de la nostra organització.

Volem deixar clar que, en la mesura en què això depengui de nosaltres, cap de les 27 persones encausades està ni estarà mai sola. Fem una crida a totes les Federacions i Sindicats de la CGT de Catalunya, al conjunt de la nostra militància, moviments socials i persones solidàries a preparar la resposta col·lectiva i organitzada que aquests fets es mereixen. La CGT de Catalunya no quedarà a l’expectativa, ni restarà amb els braços creuats. Ens reservem el dret, com a organització, a actuar quan i com ho considerem oportú, tenint en compte la gravetat del cas.

Dictados del nuevo reordenamiento mundial, marcado por la tendencia fascista que desde EEUU, Rusia y otras potencias se nos intenta imponer, mediante la guerra y el terror.

¿Y dónde nos encontramos los trabajador@s, en este contexto, como clase explotada? En las empresas se nos pretende imponer la “competitividad” como medida de todas las relaciones, y así se nos quiere aislar, romper los lazos de solidaridad de clase que es justamente nuestra fuerza. Convention telemarketing: CCOO and UGT consummate betrayal

Ho vam dir fa tan sols uns dies: CCOO-UGT havien presentat una proposta salarial tan miserable que era impossible que la patronal digués que no. He 31 March, han consumat la traïció a tots els treballadors i treballadores de telemarqueting i han signat un preacord de conveni que ens enfonsa més en el pou de la precarietat per als propers anys.

Un teatret en la taula negociadora perquè és evident que ho tenien preparat des del principi. Un conveni 0,0%: 0€ de pujada per 2015, 0€ per 2016, i per als anys successius l’IPC de l’any anterior més un diferencial, la qual cosa suposa que les treballadores carregarem amb les pujades de la vida cada any, i si tenim la fortuna de no ser acomiadades per “disminució de trucades”, per una “successió d’empresa” o qualsevol altra excusa, recuperarem a l’any següent part d’aquest cost mentre les treballadores assumim, mes a mes, les pujades de l’IPC de l’any en curs…. ELIMINEN AIXÍ EL DRET I PAGAMENT D’ENDARRERIMENTS.

Per 2018 i 2019 es pujarà un 0,5% (4€ de pujada en el sou mitjà del sector) per sobre de l’IPC de l’any anterior, i si l’IPC és menor del 0,6% en aquests anys afegir el que falti fins a un 0,6%. Una autèntica ganga salarial per a la patronal!!, perquè no només s’han estalviat el 5% de perduda salarial dels treballadors del conveni anterior, sinó que els han sortit gratis els 2 anys que han estat retardant la negociació d’aquest nou conveni.

Un conveni de continuïtat que mira cap a un altre costat per als problemes dels treblladors del sector quan aquest conveni estava anomenat a ser un principi de solució davant la precarietat accelerada del telemarqueting: començant per impedir els acomiadaments massius de treballadores per “disminució de trucades” i per “successió d’empreses” al no garantir la subrogació, i continuant per la dignificació de les hores dels contractes a temps parcial que avui impedeixen viure del seu treball a molts treblladors, la pressió i estrès creixent, els torns i horaris variables, la polivalència al mateix preu i l’absència d’una carrera professional, les ETT´s, les empreses pirata… Quan es van iniciar les vagues s’ha aconseguit la major mobilització i repercussió mediàtica del telemarqueting de tota la història…. fins que CCOO-UGT, parant en sec la mateixa de forma inexplicable i UGT llançant una vaga-pont d’una setmana que ni els seus delegats han fet, han rebentat la mobilització. Quan un sindicat sufoca la lluita dels treballadors, perpetuant amb això la precarietat, quin nom mereixen…

Imminent danger to thousands of potash mining jobs

Defensem els miners i el territori

Des de fa dècades l’empresa minera Iberpotash (actualment propietat de la multinacional israelí ICL) explota les mines de potassa de Sallent i Súria. I també des de fa dècades ha anat desfent-se del runam a la coneguda muntanya del Cogulló de Sallent, causant perjudicis pels aqüífers i el propi riu Llobregat. Durant aquest temps, els abocaments han comptat amb el silenci còmplice de governs de diferent color que no han pressionat com calia a la multinacional per a que complís amb la responsabilitat i cura del territori on estava instal·lada. Així doncs, el resultat és que s’embutxaquen desenes de milions d’euros anuals i ens deixen els residus.

La lluita del poble de Sallent va permetre guanyar una batalla judicial per a que deixessin de fer-se els abocaments al Cogulló, establint-se l’1 de Juliol de 2017 com a fi d’aquesta pràctica. Mentre no arribava aquesta data, Iberpotash hauria d’haver acondicionat la mina de Súria, que compta amb una planta de tractament de residus, per a absorbir la producció i plantilla de la mina de Sallent. Era l’anomenat Pla Phoenix, que porta anys d’endarreriments. A data d’avui, aquest canvi no s’ha realitzat, el que significa que 1000 llocs de treball directes i fins a 4000 comptant els indirectes estan penjant d’un fil, una amenaça de primer nivell per a les famílies de miners i mineres directament afectades i el conjunt del Bages i comarques properes.

Estem a 3 mesos d’aquesta data i l’empresa no aporta cap solució. Estem a 3 mesos d’aquesta data i el govern no aporta cap solució. Estem a 3 mesos d’aquesta data i se’ns acaba la paciència.

Aquells que feien ulls grossos amb la multinacional, ara estan xiulant, dissimulant, com si no passés res, abandonant als i les treballadores a la seva sort, doncs si no hi ha feina hi ha EROs, ERTEs i acomiadaments generalitzats. No és gens descartable que l’empresa, Besides, aprofiti l’ocasió per a fer xantatge sobre les condicions de la plantilla directa i de subcontractes. Això, per una comarca ja prou castigada per diverses crisis industrials, tèxtils i mineres, és un cop demolidor.

Els miners i mineres de Súria i Sallent volen treballar i exigeixen que aquesta feina sigui respectuosa amb el territori. És un insult a la intel·ligència que l’empresa multinacional i el govern pretenguin fer-nos creure que a tres mesos vista no tenen previst l’escenari que hi haurà, fet que ens fa suposar que no ho comuniquen perquè serà negatiu pels miners.

Creiem que davant la passivitat existent, és l’hora d’iniciar la defensa activa dels llocs de treball i el territori. En una lluita que no és només dels i les treballadores de la mina, sinó també de les seves famílies. També de les comarques del Bages i Berguedà. També de tota la classe treballadora.

Fem una crida a estar atentes i preparar la solidaritat de classe que calgui. Si no hi ha solució, els miners i mineres pujaran des del kilòmetre de fondària on estan treballant, sortiran al carrer i faran sentir de forma nítida la seva veu en defensa dels seus drets, llocs de treball i el respecte al territori, front el desig de beneficis de la multinacional. La CGT de Catalunya estarà, com sempre, al seu costat, preparada.

Que permeten als empresaris disposar encara més de les nostres vides, dictant-nos en funció dels seus interessos com han de ser les nostres condicions laborals i, quan no els servim, llençar-nos a la cuneta.

Any rera any veiem com la patronal, esperonada pel servilisme de governs, imposa de manera més crua i descarnada la llei del seu benefici privat al conjunt de la població. No tenen cap mania per tancar una fàbrica i deslocalitzar-la allà on els salaris són més baixos, sovint en països víctimes de l’empobriment imperialista i de dictadures salvatges. I han agafat per norma xuclar milers de milions de diners públics pels seus negocis, per tapar els forats de bancs que prèviament han descapitalitzat, etc. Uns diners aportats per totes i tots amb el nostre treball i els nostres impostos.

Note from the Regional Federation of the CGT Baix Penedès

From the CGT of the Baix Penedès we want to show and show our unconditional support to 4 denounced anti-fascists, 2 of them affiliates, by the caspós leader of the fascist and racist PxC formation.

Next Friday, 20 January, the anti-fascists denounced are summoned to testify in the Vendrell courts. From the CGT we understand that the only crime these comrades have committed is, it has been and will be the act of dealing with intolerance, segregation, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, the masculinity and hatred fostered by fascists in general and PxC in particular.

This fascist formation is seeing how it loses its support in El Vendrell, despite nurturing his populist discourse of the misfortunes suffered by migrants, by the exploited, for those who are nothing more than working class, just like subtraction. The population of El Vendrell is realizing that living with migrants is not a problem, and he is seeing that this political formation is completely empty of any content other than that of demagoguery and fascism.. However, we understand that the supports they still maintain are excessive.

On the other side, we do not understand that an advanced society can allow this kind of thinking to be represented in the institutions. This fact says a lot about them, in addition to tolerance towards them and more than obvious collusion. In fact, it was the Vendrell City Council who, despite being warned, allowed the proppassed day 23 April fascist formation “Respect” held its founding congress in our town. You should not allow such an act, in which the confluence of 3 fascist formations, as if this were normal, or did not represent a scandal and a clear harm to the population. This kind of discourse and political proposal should not be an option in our peoples and should not be so in the so-called democratic institutions..

For all that, we call on all the afflicted to participate in the support rally that will take place on Friday 20 from January to 9 in the morning at the doors of the courts of Vendrell.

Against fascism not a step back, They will not pass!

Concentració de 12 a 14h davant del Parlament

El sindicat CGT Ensenyament convoquem als i a les treballadores de l’ensenyament públic no universitari de Catalunya a una jornada de VAGA el DIMECRES 18 DE GENER, coincidint amb la setmana de debat d’esmenes parcials als pressupostos de la Generalitat de Catalunya per l’any 2017.

Des del passat mes d’octubre hem fet, junt amb altres sindicats, xerrades i assemblees a nombrosos centres explicant perquè considerem que ara és el moment de començar a revertir les retallades i perquè creiem que passar a l’ofensiva i anar a la vaga mentre s’estan debatent els pressupostosi aprofitant l’actual situació política a Catalunya ens dóna veritables opcions d’assolir les reivindicacions que plantegem.

Volem fer palès que aquesta convocatòria sorgeix després d’un treball i d’un debat previ amb la resta de sindicats, amb els quals vam concretar les reivindicacions i vam coincidir en la necessitat d’anar a la vaga per pressionar a l’administració perquè les incloguin dins dels propers pressupostos tal i com s’explica al manifest intersindical. També després de molts debats als centres, on molts companys i companyes han manifestat que consideren bàsic que aquesta no sigui una altra vaga d’un dia que serveixi només per expressar la nostra disconformitat sinó que es convoqui en uns terminis i amb unes perspectives de continuïtat que generin prou pressió com per aconseguir realment les reivindicacions plantejades.

És en aquest sentit que a la darrera reunió intersindical no hem pogut arribar a un acord pel que fa a la/les data/es de la vaga. La resta de sindicats de la intersindical han decidit convocar una única jornada de vaga el dia 9 February. Des de CGT entenem que és massa tard i amb les decisions sobre assignacions pressupostàries ja preses, atès que els debats d’esmenes parcials als pressupostos estan fixats entre el 16 and the 20 January (el d’ensenyament està previst per al 18 January) i que a més, no permet cap perspectiva de continuïtat possible dins dels terminis de l’aprovació definitiva dels pressupostos que tindrà lloc el mateix 9 de febrer sobre una proposta ja tancada. Fer una jornada de vaga aïllada i quan ja està tot decidit desvirtua el compromís que tots els sindicats havíem pres davant del professorat.

Des de CGT Ensenyament considerem fonamental que la vaga arribi abans, mentre s’estan debatent i decidint els pressupostos i que tingui possibilitat de continuïtat. És per això que, sense descartar més convocatòries, inclosa la del 9 February, us convoquem a aquesta primera jornada de vaga en ple debat d’esmenes parcials de l’àrea d’educació.

Davant d’aquest desacord en el calendari, el nostre plantejament a la intersindical ha estat que CGT convoquem ambdues dates, ratificant la segona amb els nostres companys i companyes, però la resta de sindicats ha decidit no incorporar-nos al cartell conjunt del 9 perquè no renunciem a convocar també el 18 January. Nosaltres seguim fent una crida a la resta de sindicats a fer una primera convocatòria de vaga mentre s’estan debatent i decidint els pressupostos d’ensenyament.

Es convoca concentració de 12 a 14h davant del Parlament de Catalunya. Properament concretarem les accions que acompanyaran la vaga i de l’assemblea que durem a terme per ratificar i concretar la seva continuïtat. Us demanem que feu difusió d’aquesta convocatòria i de les raons per les quals des de CGT trobem essencial que tingui lloc en els terminis esmentats. Si voleu que anem al vostre centre a explicar-ho i debatre-ho amb vosaltres o teniu qualsevol altre dubte o consideració no dubteu a contactar-nos.

The real solidarity with refugees is paid repression, Mikel Begoña and Freedom!

Mikel Begoña and Freedom!Once again. If a few weeks ago our partner Lola had to suffer the real face of a Europe sick of undisguised institutional racism, now it's Begoña and Mikel's turn. As part of a campaign of disobedience, members of the Permanent Social Forum of Euskal Herria have been arrested 28 of December by Greek police, while trying to get eight refugees into a caravan.

The story that each refugee carries in her backpack has several pages of dangerous paths, sometimes fleeing wars or political persecutions, others of misery. If you are lucky enough not to be one more number to add to the thousands of drownings in the Mediterranean every year, a clandestine life awaits you across borders until you reach your destination, where the state repressive apparatus will look for you to lock you in a CIE or send you to a safe area, such as a Turkish concentration camp.

In this succession of crimes against humanity there are people who extend their hand in solidarity. This is unacceptable to states. And that's because it's not just about questioning the racist assembly of fortress Europe, but because it also dismantles false institutional discourses: a rotten mask that can no longer cover the true face of the European capitalist system.

The CGT of Catalonia shows its active solidarity with the two detained comrades and makes itself available to its support group.

CGT does not participate in False Mobilizations

Communiqué of the Permanent Secretariat of the Confederal Committee of the CGT

CGT will not attend these "instrumental mobilizations of the regime unions on the days 15 i 18 of December" since the only thing they aim for is to position themselves, with "some legitimacy", in the social dialogue negotiations they have been carrying out with the different governments since 1977.

The unions of the Concertation have been basic tools for the domestication of wage earners, inserting them into the unique dynamics of the continued Social Pact, signing the Labor Reforms – increasingly precarious – and thereby allowing employers to maintain or improve their rates of profit and to implement a neoliberal and deregulated model of working conditions. They have guaranteed with this the “pau social” in exchange for prominence and prebends for their organizations and their domes.

These unions, with huge membership in past dates, with influence in all strata, with a presence at all negotiation tables, omnipresent in television and media, participants in business dinners, governmental and unofficial, they admitted the European Union unconditionally in the 86 and they admitted Maastricht in the 93. Then they only made grandiloquent statements and did not lift a finger against this Europe of Capital and the Markets.

The several dozen Labor Reforms since the Moncloa Pacts (1977) and Public Pension Systems, until the last Reform of the PP in 2012, they have destroyed the counterpower of the working class, through these "consensus and social dialogue" policies, leaving us in a situation of integral precariousness, poverty and social inequality, to extremes never known in the Spanish state.

Despite fiscal policies, tax and social, called "adjustment and austerity", they have never taken to the streets with serious and firm intentions to confront these criminal policies that have been implemented against the majority of people.

to mobilize, it is to have conviction and the will to search, present and defend alternatives and actions with which:

- Oppose collective redundancies (to millions) through the ERE.
- Oppose the fact that the unilateral will of the employer determines the working conditions.
- Oppose the fact that workers lose the agreements and our labor relations are individualized and available to the employer.
- Oppose the lowering of wages, on the double salary scales.
- Defend the stable and fixed contract in all markets, both public and private and do not accept contracts and subcontracts, job loan, outsourcing, privatizations...
- Defending the Public and the reversion to the Public of everything privatized.
- Defending the rights and freedoms that have been stolen from us and confronting the repression they have developed against the most consistent people of the class they claim to represent.

The CGT is in the streets with those who suffer, with precarious and precarious, with the millions of people whose work has been taken away from them, the ceiling (home), the pa (salary and social benefits), freedom, and with the social majority, that we have been scammed with policies that have "saved the banks with hundreds of billions", to companies and the rich, through lowering their taxes, and occupations have been carried forward, pensions, Health, education and care...

The mobilizations of 15-M, the tides, the Dignity Marches, the Platforms in defense of the Public, alternative trade unionism, yes we have legitimacy, because we have proposed alternatives, because we have carried out processes of self-management and an alternative social economy and because WE HAVE BEEN IN THE STREETS confronting this predatory capitalism.

The "unions of the regime", not only have they been hidden all the time of the crisis-scam but that, in your "DNA", it is recorded that "collaboration with governments and business" is where they have their raison d'être.

CGT will return to the streets to defend the claims and proposals that we have never abandoned, those from whom we build a society of all, egalitarian, and we understand that, as the slogan we shout in the Manifestations says:

"THERE IS NO OTHER WAY, OR WITH THE EMPLOYER, OR WITH THE WORKING CLASS"
