La repressió a la universitat avança. Primera detenció dels #27 and more

Ahir diumenge 7 de gener els Mossos d’Esquadra van detenir al Carles D., antic estudiant de la UAB i una de les persones encausades en el cas conegut com “27 i més”. Recordem que el cas dels “27 i més” va iniciar arran de diverses denúncies de l’anterior equip de govern de la UAB contra 25 (ara antics) estudiants i dos treballadors, un PAS i un PDI, que havien sigut actius en les protestes universitàries dels cursos 2011-2012 i 2012-2013 contra l’increment de les matrícules, els acomiadaments de professorat, les retallades i les privatitzacions. Unes denúncies que van comportar que la fiscalia, recollint el relat presentat per l’aleshores rector,  secretària general i vicerectora d’estudiants, estigui demanant penes de presó d’entre 11 i 14 anys per a cada encausat/da, a banda de 5 anys d’allunyament de la UAB, multes de 9.500 € i una responsabilitat civil que finalment han rebaixat a 14.000 €.Com a resultat d’això ahir, possiblement per primera vegada a la història de la UAB, a (ex)estudiant va ser detingut per lapolicia després d’una denúncia feta per motius polítics per la pròpia universitat. Una imatge que ens remet, directament, al franquisme.

Els darrers mesos hem tornat a sentir a parlar de presos i preses polítiques. I hem vist com una repressió que mai havia acabat de marxar torna a estar a l’ordre del dia. Ahir en vam viure un altre capítol que, tot indica, tot just ha començat. I aquest cop ens afecta directament, perquè es tracta d’un procés endegat per qui, en teoria, hauria de representar el conjunt de la comunitat universitària com és l’Equip de Govern. Ens pertoca, as we previously agreed at a CGT affiliate assembly and following the criteria of trying to make it unitary, ser actius i actives per intentar frenar una nova barbaritat del sistema judicial de l’Estat espanyol.

És per això que demanem al conjunt de la comunitat universitària de la UAB que estigueu atents i atentes a les convocatòries que vagin sortint del grup d’encausats/des (Més informació aquí) Però també emplacem a l’actual equip de govern a ser valent i a comprometre’s de manera clara i inequívoca amb la defensa de la llibertat també al nostre campus. Som conscients/es que aquesta és una situació que han rebut en herència de l’equip de Ferran Sancho. També som conscients/es que han enretirat la seva acusació particular de l’àmbit penal (no deixa de ser curiós que l’anterior equip sempre va negar que hagués formulat mai cap denúncia) i que han rebaixat la petició de responsabilitat civil. Però tot això no és suficient per desactivar una acció judicial que pot portar a la presó a25 ex estudiants, un tècnic i un professor de la UAB. Emplacem directament a la rectora a:

 

  1. Retirar del tot la demanda de responsabilitat civil per uns actes que es van dur a terme en el marc de protestes universitàries
  2. Contribuir activament a desmuntar, des de la UAB, les falsedats que en nom de la mateixa UAB es van dir davant de la policia i del jutge i que incriminen les 27 persones encausades.

No només no volem ser còmplices de cap empresonament per causes polítiques a la UAB, sinó que ho volem revertir. I la rectora, en honor a la història de lluita que ella mateixa reivindica, n’ha de ser un agent actiu. Li demanem que concreti en fets les seves paraules.

El Senado realiza una ratificación “exprés” del CETA

 

La crisis catalana abre, desde hace dos semanas, las portadas de los medios de comunicación de todo el Estado, ocultando bajo el velo de la patria y la soberanía los problemas que ahogan a las clases populares (pobreza energética, precariedad, recortes, pensions, saqueo de los fondos públicos mediante la corrupción generalizada, etc.).

      El viernes día 27 en el Senado, en un ejercicio de opacidad y de manera rápida, después del debate, sobre la aprobación de la aplicación del art. 155 de la Constitución, entre frases grandilocuentes de defensa de la unidad de España y de su soberanía, inmediatamente después y tras un breve receso, sus Señorías, incluido el representante del PdeCAT en el Senado, no tenían ningún empacho en entregar la patria y la soberanía a las Transnacionales, ratificando el CETA (Tratado de Libre Comercio UE-Canadá ) con escasa o nula repercusión en los medios y en la opinión pública.

He 21 de septiembre entró en vigor provisional la aplicación del CETA en todo el territorio de la UE. La arquitectura de la impunidad de la que gozan las Transnacionales y los poderes financieros sale reforzada con la implementación de este tratado y todos los que sigue negociando y firmando la Comisión Europea ( EU- Singapur, UE Mercosur, JEFTA TTIP, TISA etc..).

Las “democracias de mercado”, fieles servidoras del poder económico neoliberal, reinterpretan el término “democracia” como la gestión única del capital y su libertad absoluta de movimiento, sin que nada ni nadie, ( legislaciones, regulaciones, etc.) impida su expansión.

Las empresas multinacionales han presionado con éxito para garantizar que el CETA se aplique a todos los Servicios Públicos, agua, salud, social services, energía…, blindando, mediante las cláusulas de “paralización y trinquete”, en el presente y en el futuro, la liberalización y privatización de los Servicios Públicos, impidiendo que los gobiernos puedan promulgar nuevas leyes o reinstaurar las que sustentaban el suministro público de servicios. Esto conduce a una situación donde la protección a los pacientes, clientes y personas trabajadoras está subordinada al único propósito de la obtención de beneficios de las multinacionales y de sus inversores financieros.

El CETA establece un amplio acceso de las multinacionales y las empresas extranjeras al suministro de las compras de los gobiernos, limitando la capacidad de los mismos para apoyar a proveedores locales, forzando la contratación con las grandes empresas Transnacionales.

La carrera hacia la consolidación y normalización de la gobernanza económica y la Lex Mercatoria como exponente de las “democracias avanzadas”, auspiciada por la Comisión Europea con la complicidad de los gobiernos europeos, tanto conservadores como “progresistas”, continua su ritmo imparable hacia el desastre social y medioambiental que ya estamos empezando a padecer.

Con total hipocresía y falta de escrúpulos el poder político neoliberal, encabezado por el PP , pero no sólo, Cs, PNV, Foro Asturias, UPN y PdCAT, han vendido el País a los grandes poderes Transnacionales y Financieros. La CGT seguirá defendiendo los derechos de nuestro pueblo en lo que más importa, derechos laborales y sociales, defensa del medio ambiente, defensa de las libertades, etc…, que se ven seriamente amenazadas por estos Tratados.

Faced with repressive episodes such as media searches, limitations on freedom of expression, of meeting, suspensions or limitations of rights and court appointments with threat of arrest, from the CGT of Catalonia we want to state that:

1.- Although the referendum call for the day 1 October is far from what we consider one complete process of self-determination, from our organization we consider intolerable the authoritarian response that is given by the central government and the state administrations.

2.- We are concerned and alarmed that the repressive escalation that we are experiencing these days and that is expected to be accentuated in the coming days will consolidate a cut in the spaces for collective participation.. And we also worry about that, apart from the 1-O referendum, this regression has continuity in other areas, such as the world of work and other social and civic struggles. Historically, when fascist attitudes enter through the door, they never come out if they are not expelled.

Se llega a un acuerdo en el conflicto del BICING Barcelona

Comunicado de CGT Barcelona

Al acuerdo se ha llegado, tras 15 días de huelga de 4 horas por turno en el mes de julio entre los días 12 Y 31; concentraciones diarias frente al Ayuntamiento de Barcelona por las mañanas y por la tarde; protestar en el interior del pleno del ayuntamiento sacando pancartas y gritando consignas; okupar el Hall del edificio noble del ayuntamiento durante 3 hours; piquetes activoús frente a la puerta de la empresa en los diferentes turnos; ocupación de uno de los centro de trabajo por los huelguistas; contactos con los diferentes grupos municipales, ayuntamiento y empresa; from 11 mediaciones en le Conselleria de Treball.

Mientras la empresa llevaba una retahíla de abogados a las reuniones nosotros asistíamos el comité de huelga y asesores del sindicato, presionando contundentemente, pero huyendo de judicializar ni de pedir la intervención de la inspección de trabajo, organismos muy lentos en su funcionamiento y menos útiles que la presión que se ejerce tanto con la huelga como con la contundencia en la negociación.

Pero lo mas importante ha sido tener una plantilla que ha decidido luchar contra su precariedad, han encontrado la unidad en CGT (tenemos 61 afiliados y 6 delegados) y la respuesta de la afiliación del sindicato que ha estado participando en las diferentes movilizaciones y acciones que se convocaban, así como la solidaridad tanto de los entes de la CGT como de otras organizaciones y afiliadas que han engrosado la caja de resistencia, para que la falta de recursos no fuera un problema y ha permitido no poner limites a los planteamientos de lucha hasta conseguir un acuerdo favorable a los trabajadores.

También se había convocado una nueva huelga indefinida de 4 horas a partir del 30 de agosto de 4 horas por turno, que se dejo en suspenso al tener abiertas negociaciones y que han fructificado en este acuerdo.

Los puntos conseguidos y que se votaron en las asambleas de trabajadores han sido:

  • Negociación de un Convenio Colectivo propio para Bicing Barcelona.
  • Aumento salarial 7,389%, con su cotización en Seguridad Social.
  • Cobro de atrasos de 15 months, con su cotización en Seguridad Social.
  • Eliminación de la doble escala salarial que afectaba al 25% Of the template.
  • Paga lineal de 1.690€, con su cotización a las Seguridad Social. Esta cantidad no se pagara a aquellas categorías que mayoritariamente no secundaron las huelgas, centro de control, coordinadores y dirección, ya que tienen salarios superiores u ocupan puestos por dedocracia de los empresarios. las oficinistas que tampoco secundaros la huelga a pesar de tener los salarios mas bajos de la empresa, participaron en la asamblea donde se decidía si se aceptaba el acuerdo y tras ser recriminadas por los compañeros, por su aptitud los días de huelga y comprometerse a sumarse si se convocan nuevas movilizaciones, la asamblea decidió que se les aplicara el acuerdo.
  • Se consideraran festivos los días 24 Y 31 from December, 15 días para las parejas que formalicen su situación en registro indistintamente del sexo y ampliación a segundo grado del permiso de matrimonio, nacimiento o fallecimiento de un familiar.
  • Conversión en fijo de un trabajador en prácticas.
  • Cobertura economiza y jurídica de multas y sanciones de tráfico, así como recolocación en caso de la retirada del carnet, en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
  • Evaluación de riesgos en 3 meses de los dos centros de trabajo y de las 434 estaciones Bicing por parte de la empresa, comité de prevención, técnicos de CGT y Ayuntamiento. La actividad del bicing lleva en Barcelona unos 10 años funcionando y nunca se había realizado una evaluación seria de toda la actividad.

La parte negativa es que la paga lineal de 1690 Euros no se puede consolidar en nominas, ya que la actual licitación en curso cuantifica las cantidades económicas en cada categoría laboral. A pesar de ello tenemos el compromiso del Ayuntamiento, consta en el acuerdo, de que será la base que presentara a la empresa que entre a gestionar el Bicing tras la licitación.

La CGT de Barcelona consideramos que los puntos clave para haber llegado a este acuerdo han sido varios, plantear movilizaciones contundentes e intensas, no judicializar un conflicto ya que lo ralentiza, el compromiso de la mayoría de la plantilla tanto en la huelga como en las acciones y concentraciones, la actitud decidida del resto de la afiliación de CGT que cada vez que se le ha pedido que participara en alguna de las concentraciones lo ha hecho, la caja de resistencia ya que los bajos salarios que cobraban hubiera impedido movilizaciones serias y conseguir objetivos de esta envergadura. Sin duda un ejemplo de cómo plantear movilizaciones para ganar.

Press release from the CGT Sabadell

This morning the premises of the Local Federation of Trade Unions of the CGT has woken up with fascist and racist graffiti signed by the fascist formation Democracia Nacional Joven.

Today it has touched us closely. This afternoon on Las Ramblas in Barcelona there was an attack on pedestrians that caused an indeterminate number of victims. As we follow with attention and concern the different information that is coming to us, from the General Confederation of Labor (CGT) of Catalonia we want to make clear the following:

  • We show our solidarity with the victims of this attack. A solidarity that we extend to all civilian victims of attacks, made by armed groups and armies, in different parts of the world today and other days of the year.
  • Let's make it clear, clearly, forceful and unequivocal, than xenophobia, racism and cross-cultural hatred are expressions of fascism. Workers around the world have other programs to fight to transform society, passing through freedom, internationalism, solidarity and mutual support.
  • We also want to show that the militarization of public space, like the one we have been suffering for months with police armed with machine guns in the middle of the streets of many towns and neighborhoods, it is not the real solution to avoid events like the ones that happened today in Barcelona. We will fight, so, to prevent this tragic situation from being used by different governments to toughen criminal law, under the pretext of the fight against terrorism, and increase the repression and militarization of our day to day lives.

Success of the Silos strike of the Cobega Factory (Coca-Cola)!

Hoy miércoles 26 de julio se ha desconvocado la huelga llevada a cabo por los compañeros y compañeras de CGT en Silos de la Factoría Cobega (Coca-Cola), luego de que la empresa Sodexo Iberia haya aceptado los reclamos de l@s trabajador@s en huelga.

La huelga ha sido desconvocada al resolverse la mayoría de reivindicaciones de las compañer@s:

– Actualización del IPC.
– Reconocimiento de la antigüedad total.
– Subida salarial de un 15%.
– Recuperación y reconocimiento de la cataegoría y del sueldo que tenía una compañera antes de la subrogación.
– Abono de los salarios de huelga.
– No movilidad obligatoria de ningún trabajador.
– Subrogación de toda la plantilla (incluídos los compañeros con contratos de 6 months).

El éxito de esta huelga es una demostración que los derechos laborales se conquistan luchando, no son dádiva de ningún político ni empresario, sino conquista de la misma clase trabajadora.
Nuestras felicitaciones a los compañeros y compañeras que han llevado adelante la huelga.

La única lucha que se pierde es la que se abandona!

Bicing Barcelona continues in the fight

Esta mañana los trabajadores y trabajadoras del Bicing Barcelona han ocupado durante un tiempo prolongado un patio del Ajuntament de Barcelona, en espera de que sus reclamos sean atendidos y resueltos de una vez por todas. Las condiciones de precariedad laboral y las situaciones de riesgo de seguridad a las que se han llegado ya no pueden continuar así. Como siempre, los amplios beneficios de la empresa que se ha quedado con la licitación, está basada en la explotación de los trabajadores. En este caso, la multinacional yanqui Clear Channel viene a cuentos desde hace más de 10 años en que se comenzó con el Bicing Barcelona, no sólo desatendiendo los reclamos laborales sino que incluso reprimiendo los mismos con despidos.

En este 2017 los trabajadores se organizaron con la CGT, y fue desde esta posición de lucha que iniciaron y están llevando adelante esta huelga desde el miércoles 12 of July. El nivel de precariedad laboral está demostrado en los sueldos que están congelados entre los 700€ y los 950€.

Indefinite strike in the Silos of the Factoría Cobega (Coca-Cola)

The companions of the CGT Trade Union Section at Sodexo Iberia SA (subrogated a few days ago from Acciona Facility Services SA), workers in the automatic warehouse of the Coca-Cola plant in Montornès del Vallès / Martorelles, start today wednesday 19 July an indefinite strike, for the situation that they have been denouncing for a long time, also to the labor inspection, situation that we will detail:

  • End the precariousness in the working conditions of Silos personnel.
  • End temporary hiring in fraud law (work contracts) silos staff.
  • Eliminate the continuous rotation of outsourced external companies and subrogations of personnel for said service.
  • Salary comparison of the silos staff with the staff of Cobega Embotelladora, with whom work and day to day are shared.
  • Systematic non-compliance in occupational risk prevention, In training, safety and hygiene, and in the general working conditions of the Silos of the Cobega Factory (Coca-Cola).

Today, the company and its successive subrogations have ignored the demands of the workers. Every time the service provider changes, the pressures and coercions that the companions receive, believing these entrepreneurs discovering something new: it's called class struggle and it was defined ago 150 years!

That is why in this situation, the staff has said enough to job insecurity and has decided to go on indefinite strike, until this situation is reversed.
