The colleagues of the Santa Maria de Palautordera post office have said enough!

SINCE THE UNION SECTION OF THE CGT WAS CREATED IN LITTLE BUDDHA, IN JULY 2017, WE HAVE NOT STOP RECEIVING PRESSURE TOWARDS OUR UNION RIGHTS.

 

 

UNION REPRESSION IS ADDITED TO THE LABOR REPRESSION THAT TWO MEMBERS OF THE SECTION HAVE BEEN SUFFERING PREVIOUSLY.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To this day we have suffered:

-Suspensions of 60 days of employment and salary due to the existence of a section Twitter account and the use of public haghtags that the company considers its own (acts that the company considers as “hostiles”).

-Demand of 150.061,27 € for the activity on Twitter of the union section and because the company considers that we want “profit” in her name.

-Suspension of 60  days of employment and salary for disciplinary measures without objective and reasonable justification to a member of the union section. Among them for supporting the strike on November 8 and assisting the doctor during working hours for a pregnancy checkup, alleging damage to the organization of the company.

-15 days of suspension for collecting information about Lipoatrophy in relation to pregnancy.

-Degradation of our job performing lower category tasks, taking away all kinds of access to the tasks of almost 10 years of work.

-We don't knowrecthe other day  as a union section andse warns us that we cannot distribute information to workers at the company door during non-working hours without prior communication.

Se has communicated to us actively and passively that WE WANT OUT OF THE COMPANY, it is considered that we create a bad environment and we are not loyal, along with abusive behaviors aimed at professionally and psychologically degrading. It seems that by not getting us to voluntarily leave our job due to exhaustion, a dismissal is manufactured that does not entail a cost to the company..

FROM THE UNION SECTION OF THE CGT WE DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL OF ALL SANCTIONS AND COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE MEMBERS OF THIS SECTION.

Hoy miércoles 26 de julio se ha desconvocado la huelga llevada a cabo por los compañeros y compañeras de CGT en Silos de la Factoría Cobega (Coca-Cola), luego de que la empresa Sodexo Iberia haya aceptado los reclamos de l@s trabajador@s en huelga.

La huelga ha sido desconvocada al resolverse la mayoría de reivindicaciones de las compañer@s:

Actualización del IPC.
Reconocimiento de la antigüedad total.
Subida salarial de un 15%.
Recuperación y reconocimiento de la cataegoría y del sueldo que tenía una compañera antes de la subrogación.
Abono de los salarios de huelga.
No movilidad obligatoria de ningún trabajador.
Subrogación de toda la plantilla (incluídos los compañeros con contratos de 6 months).

El éxito de esta huelga es una demostración que los derechos laborales se conquistan luchando, no son dádiva de ningún político ni empresario, sino conquista de la misma clase trabajadora.
Nuestras felicitaciones a los compañeros y compañeras que han llevado adelante la huelga.

La única lucha que se pierde es la que se abandona!

Esta mañana los trabajadores y trabajadoras del Bicing Barcelona han ocupado durante un tiempo prolongado un patio del Ajuntament de Barcelona, en espera de que sus reclamos sean atendidos y resueltos de una vez por todas. Las condiciones de precariedad laboral y las situaciones de riesgo de seguridad a las que se han llegado ya no pueden continuar así. Como siempre, los amplios beneficios de la empresa que se ha quedado con la licitación, está basada en la explotación de los trabajadores. En este caso, la multinacional yanqui Clear Channel viene a cuentos desde hace más de 10 años en que se comenzó con el Bicing Barcelona, no sólo desatendiendo los reclamos laborales sino que incluso reprimiendo los mismos con despidos.

En este 2017 los trabajadores se organizaron con la CGT, y fue desde esta posición de lucha que iniciaron y están llevando adelante esta huelga desde el miércoles 12 of July. El nivel de precariedad laboral está demostrado en los sueldos que están congelados entre los 700€ y los 950€.

The companions of the CGT Trade Union Section at Sodexo Iberia SA (subrogated a few days ago from Acciona Facility Services SA), workers in the automatic warehouse of the Coca-Cola plant in Montornès del Vallès / Martorelles, start today wednesday 19 July an indefinite strike, for the situation that they have been denouncing for a long time, also to the labor inspection, situation that we will detail:

  • End the precariousness in the working conditions of Silos personnel.
  • End temporary hiring in fraud law (work contracts) silos staff.
  • Eliminate the continuous rotation of outsourced external companies and subrogations of personnel for said service.
  • Salary comparison of the silos staff with the staff of Cobega Embotelladora, with whom work and day to day are shared.
  • Systematic non-compliance in occupational risk prevention, In training, safety and hygiene, and in the general working conditions of the Silos of the Cobega Factory (Coca-Cola).

Today, the company and its successive subrogations have ignored the demands of the workers. Every time the service provider changes, the pressures and coercions that the companions receive, believing these entrepreneurs discovering something new: it's called class struggle and it was defined ago 150 years!

That is why in this situation, the staff has said enough to job insecurity and has decided to go on indefinite strike, until this situation is reversed.
