Hacemos un llamamiento para difundir y participar en la Concentración de mañana jueves a las 14:30 en P. Santa Jaume. Donde se pretende confluir las diferentes convocatorias previstas para mañana. Cuarto día de Huelga en la limpieza de la,ciudad de la, In-Justicia, Huelga estatal en telemarketing y concentración Ensenyament.

Somos conscientes de la premura de la convocatoria, pero nos parece necesario que demos una respuesta contundente, porque nuestras reinvicaciones son justas y porque desde la Generalitat se está vulnerando el derecho a la Huelga con servicios mínimos del 100%. Durant els últims 40 anys Barcelona s’ha anat construint amb errors i encerts presidits per dos factors fonamentals: d’una banda l’especulació immobiliària i, de l’altra, la lluita dels barris per una ciutat digna i cosmopolita, que atresora una llarga història per a la supervivència de la ciutat i la seva gent.

Barcelona està en venda. En l’última dècada, el fenomen especulatiu ha adquirit una dimensió global, impulsat pel capital financer i la complicitat de les elits polítiques de Madrid i Catalunya, que volen transformar la ciutat en un gran negoci.

Davant d’aquesta situació, que porta al col·lapse de la ciutat, cal que lesveïnes i veïns aixequem la nostra veu i ens organitzem, unint les nostres forces per barrar el pas als “enemics de la ciutat”.

Concentración viernes 27 de enero a INACSA, Sant Celoni, en apoyo de un compañero despedido

este próximo viernes 27 January at 13 y a las 15h, se harán concentraciones delante de la empresa INACSA, en Ctra. Nova, 1B, en La Batlloria, Sant Celoni (estación Gualba de la Renfe). A continuación reproducimos el comunicado explicativo hecho por el sindicato CGT Maresme, donde está afiliado el compañero. Ha sido víctima de acoso por parte de la empresa, motivado por su actividad sindical como delegado de la CGT.

Estamos todos y todas convocados a dar apoyo al compañero Manel Espejo en Sant Celoni, este próximo viernes.

INACSA FA ASSETJAMENT LABORAL!
Solidaritat amb Manel Espejo, treballador injustament acomiadat

Concentració (pancartada) en suport i solidaritat cap al company Manel Espejo. L’empresa privada INACSA (Industrias del Acetato de Celulosa S.A.) a la qual treballava el va acomiadar injustament patint prèviament assetjament laboral.

La Concentració (pancartada) tindrà lloc el divendres 27 de gener del 2017 de les 13h a les 15h davant l’empresa INACSA situada a Ctra. Nova, 1B, 08476 Sant Celoni, Barcelona.

Manel Espejo (treballador de l’empresa INACSA i representant dels treballadors en el comitè d’empresa per part del sindicat CGT) va ser acomiadat després de patir assetjament laboral (un any aproximadament).

  • L’empresa INACSA li va restringir els seus drets sindicals prohibint-li l’entrada al recinte per poder exercir els seus drets com a representant dels treballadors.
  • En una reunió del comitè d’empresa el gerent va fer comentaris despectius cap al company M. Espejo. (Convidant-lo a marxar de l’empresa).
  • Per aquesta, i per moltes més actuacions per part de l’empresa, queda demostrat l’assetjament laboral al nostre company.

El dijous 26 January, les treballadores del sector del telemàrketing tenim una nova oportunitat per fer-nos visibles i lluitar per millorar les nostres condicions de treball.

No és un dia per fer-li el joc a les nostres empreses anant a treballar ni tampoc és un dia per quedar-se a casa descansant. Toca sortir al carrer i fer-nos sentir.

Ens sobren motius per fer-ho:

  • Tenim el sou congelat des del gener de l’any 2014
  • La patronal no proposa cap revisió salarial
  • Podem ser acomiadats a baix cost per “disminució del volum de la campanya” (article 17)

Today the cleaning workers of the City of Justice have started a strike demanding the termination of the contract that the City of Justice has with Kluh Linaer. From the CGT of the Baix Penedès we want to show and show our unconditional support to 4 denounced anti-fascists, 2 of them affiliates, by the caspós leader of the fascist and racist PxC formation.

Next Friday, 20 January, the anti-fascists denounced are summoned to testify in the Vendrell courts. This kind of discourse and political proposal should not be an option in our peoples and should not be so in the so-called democratic institutions..

For all that, we call on all the afflicted to participate in the support rally that will take place on Friday 20 from January to 9 in the morning at the doors of the courts of Vendrell.

As you already know, four neighbors of the region have been denounced by Augusto Armengol, leader and councilor of PxC de Vendrell for his alleged participation in several calls last April 2016 against the Fundamental Congress of Respect. This new federation groups Platform for Catalonia, Fear of Liberty and Spain 2000, and it had the presence of Pegida in its founding act. They are Islamophobic and far-right formations and many residents of the region spoke out against. El sindicat CGT Ensenyament convoquem als i a les treballadores de l’ensenyament públic no universitari de Catalunya a una jornada de VAGA el DIMECRES 18 DE GENER, coincidint amb la setmana de debat d’esmenes parcials als pressupostos de la Generalitat de Catalunya per l’any 2017.

Des del passat mes d’octubre hem fet, junt amb altres sindicats, xerrades i assemblees a nombrosos centres explicant perquè considerem que ara és el moment de començar a revertir les retallades i perquè creiem que passar a l’ofensiva i anar a la vaga mentre s’estan debatent els pressupostosi aprofitant l’actual situació política a Catalunya ens dóna veritables opcions d’assolir les reivindicacions que plantegem.

Volem fer palès que aquesta convocatòria sorgeix després d’un treball i d’un debat previ amb la resta de sindicats, amb els quals vam concretar les reivindicacions i vam coincidir en la necessitat d’anar a la vaga per pressionar a l’administració perquè les incloguin dins dels propers pressupostos tal i com s’explica al manifest intersindical. També després de molts debats als centres, on molts companys i companyes han manifestat que consideren bàsic que aquesta no sigui una altra vaga d’un dia que serveixi només per expressar la nostra disconformitat sinó que es convoqui en uns terminis i amb unes perspectives de continuïtat que generin prou pressió com per aconseguir realment les reivindicacions plantejades.

És en aquest sentit que a la darrera reunió intersindical no hem pogut arribar a un acord pel que fa a la/les data/es de la vaga. La resta de sindicats de la intersindical han decidit convocar una única jornada de vaga el dia 9 February. Des de CGT entenem que és massa tard i amb les decisions sobre assignacions pressupostàries ja preses, atès que els debats d’esmenes parcials als pressupostos estan fixats entre el 16 and the 20 January (el d’ensenyament està previst per al 18 January) i que a més, no permet cap perspectiva de continuïtat possible dins dels terminis de l’aprovació definitiva dels pressupostos que tindrà lloc el mateix 9 de febrer sobre una proposta ja tancada. Fer una jornada de vaga aïllada i quan ja està tot decidit desvirtua el compromís que tots els sindicats havíem pres davant del professorat.

Des de CGT Ensenyament considerem fonamental que la vaga arribi abans, mentre s’estan debatent i decidint els pressupostos i que tingui possibilitat de continuïtat. És per això que, sense descartar més convocatòries, inclosa la del 9 February, us convoquem a aquesta primera jornada de vaga en ple debat d’esmenes parcials de l’àrea d’educació.

Davant d’aquest desacord en el calendari, el nostre plantejament a la intersindical ha estat que CGT convoquem ambdues dates, ratificant la segona amb els nostres companys i companyes, però la resta de sindicats ha decidit no incorporar-nos al cartell conjunt del 9 perquè no renunciem a convocar també el 18 January. Nosaltres seguim fent una crida a la resta de sindicats a fer una primera convocatòria de vaga mentre s’estan debatent i decidint els pressupostos d’ensenyament.

Es convoca concentració de 12 a 14h davant del Parlament de Catalunya. Properament concretarem les accions que acompanyaran la vaga i de l’assemblea que durem a terme per ratificar i concretar la seva continuïtat. Us demanem que feu difusió d’aquesta convocatòria i de les raons per les quals des de CGT trobem essencial que tingui lloc en els terminis esmentats. Si voleu que anem al vostre centre a explicar-ho i debatre-ho amb vosaltres o teniu qualsevol altre dubte o consideració no dubteu a contactar-nos.

El Tribunal Suprem avala que tots els sindicats puguin denunciar la vigència dels convenis

Conveni TelemarketingCGT informa d’una transcendent sentència per a tota la negociació col·lectiva que dóna la raó a la demanda interposada en solitari per aquesta organització quant al conveni de Contact Center.

Fa més de dos anys CGT va denunciar la vigència del Conveni del Telemarqueting. Un conveni que havia tingut una vigència de 5 anys i que des del nostre punt condemnava als treballadors de Telemarqueting a la precarietat. Havia arribat el moment de negociar un nou conveni i de canviar les nostres condicions laborals.

Encara que després de la denúncia de CGT es va començar a negociar el nou conveni el Ministeri de Treball no va donar per vàlida nostra denúncia. Va dir el Ministeri de Treball que per començar a negociar el nou conveni havia d’haver-hi acord de la majoria sindicats de la taula, no valent la denúncia de CGT, un sindicat amb la representativitat suficient per a això.

En aquesta sentència del Ple de la Sala de Social del TRIBUNAL SUPREM (Sentencia núm. 1035/2016) ens dóna la raó i es declara la validesa de la denúncia del II Conveni Col·lectiu de Contact Center promoguda per CGT el 28 d’octubre de 2014. A més s’anul·la les Resolucions administratives impugnades, from 5 November 2014 (Sotsdirecció General de Relacions Laborals) i de 16 of December of 2014 (Ministeri d’Ocupació i Seguretat Social, Sotsdirecció General de Recursos) pel que es reconeix el dret de la CGT al fet que el Ministeri d’Ocupació i Seguretat Social registri el seu escrit de denúncia del II Conveni Col·lectiu de Contact Center.

La sentència deixa clar que “limitar la possibilitat de denunciar un conveni col·lectiu negociat conforme al Títol III del ET als qui ho han subscrit resultaria poc compatible amb la seva eficàcia normativa i general (art. 82.3 ET) i fins i tot podria presentar problemes de compatibilitat amb la llibertat sindical (art. 28.1 CE).”

A més abunda recalcat que “El pluralisme sindical queda indirectament soscavat si s’imposa una unitat d’acció per a un acte els efectes del qual no són directament normatius i l’abast dels quals pot venir condicionat pel conveni al fet que es refereix. En suma: solament si els termes legals són inequívocs hauríem de restringir la legitimació per denunciar el conveni als qui posseeixen legitimació plena per negociar. I les previsions normatives, lluny de ser inequívoques en tal direcció més aviat aboquen al resultat contrari.”

CGT es congratula d’aquesta sentència assolida en solitari contra el Ministeri de Treball, la patronal i la resta de sindicats legitimats per negociar aquest conveni, dels quals recorda que cap es va adherir a aquesta demanda. Aquesta sentència solament abunda a millorar els drets dels treballadors ara i en el futur ja que CGT utilitzarà tots els seus drets per defensar-los, malgrat a qui li pesi.

Mikel Begoña and Freedom!Once again. If a few weeks ago our partner Lola had to suffer the real face of a Europe sick of undisguised institutional racism, now it's Begoña and Mikel's turn. As part of a campaign of disobedience, members of the Permanent Social Forum of Euskal Herria have been arrested 28 of December by Greek police, while trying to get eight refugees into a caravan.

The story that each refugee carries in her backpack has several pages of dangerous paths, sometimes fleeing wars or political persecutions, others of misery. If you are lucky enough not to be one more number to add to the thousands of drownings in the Mediterranean every year, a clandestine life awaits you across borders until you reach your destination, where the state repressive apparatus will look for you to lock you in a CIE or send you to a safe area, such as a Turkish concentration camp.

In this succession of crimes against humanity there are people who extend their hand in solidarity. This is unacceptable to states. And that's because it's not just about questioning the racist assembly of fortress Europe, but because it also dismantles false institutional discourses: a rotten mask that can no longer cover the true face of the European capitalist system.

The CGT of Catalonia shows its active solidarity with the two detained comrades and makes itself available to its support group.

La campanya Desmilitaritzem l’Educació exigeix la no presència militar a l’Espai de l’Estudiant de Valls

no-a-la-guerraEls col·lectius i entitats que donen suport a la campanya “Desmilitaritzem l’Educació” al Camp de Tarragona han entrat una instància als registres dels Serveis Territorials d’Ensenyament a Tarragona, al de la Diputació de Tarragona i al de l’Ajuntament de Valls on s’hi demana que aquestes institucions escoltin la veu del Parlament i apliquin la Moció sobre la Desmilitarització de Catalunya i duguin a terme totes les accions i gestions necessàries, adoptin les mesures adequades i pertinents i vetllin perquè l’exèrcit deixi de tenir presència d’ara endavant en les properes edicions de l’Espai de l’Estudiant que es celebra a Valls cada any.

La campanya té com a objectiu la defensa d’espais de lleure i formatius lliures d’exèrcits i d’armes i vol donar resposta a una reclamació de tota la comunitat educativa de fa temps que, sens dubte, ha esdevingut un autèntic anhel social. El document entrat a registre recorda als representants institucionals el text de la moció que fa referència a la presència de l’exercit, en aquest cas, a l’espai que s’organitza a la capital de l’Alt Camp:

e. Evitar la presència de l’exèrcit en qualsevol centre educatiu i de formació i evitar també que sigui present a espais educatius i promocionals, com el Saló de l’Ensenyament, el Saló de la Infància, a Barcelona; el Saló d’Esport i Turisme de Muntanya o la Fira de Formació Professional, a Lleida; l’ExpoJove, de Girona; o l’Espai de l’Estudiant, de Valls.

La Plataforma Desmilitaritzem l’educació lamenta que sigui la plataforma la que s’hagi d’encarregar de fer el seguiment de l’aplicació d’un mandat del Parlament, tasca que haurien de fer les mateixes institucions, però alhora assegura que no cedirà fins que aquestes instruccions es facin efectives a tots els espais educatius perquè té clar que les armes no eduquen, les armes maten.

He 31 of December, a Barcelona, and in many other cities around the world, we live the New Year in a different way.

Durant 20 years we have approached the Wad-Ras women's prison, at the CIE in Zona Franca and in the old Model prison to send our voice to those people who are locked up and those who keep them inside.

"Because you do all this if it's useless? Prisons have always existed!
If they weren’t there, the thieves, murderers and rapists, they would camp the world without the punishment they deserve, Hi?”

We are told that the law is the same for all but the 80% of the inmate population is for reasons related to social inequalities and private property, and the 99% belongs to the popular classes.

We are told that someone who has done something wrong is in prison, but Spain has one of the highest rates of prisoners in Europe.. However, it has one of the lowest crime rates on the continent. We add the gag law to it?

In the meantime…
Real thieves work in banks and companies.
The real killers patrol our cities with impunity.
The rapists are forgiven and the victims are questioned.

Prison is a weapon of the rich and powerful against the poor and dissidents!

For a society without exploiters or exploited, for a society without aggressors or victims, for a future without powers or repression.

We walk together against the prison!
